So a few weeks ago I changed my PSU, I have a coolermaster mwe v3 gold 750, I'm leaving town for a few days so I flipped the PSU to unplug the PC, and for a second I tried to boot, (never happened with my old PSU am Evga 600b)case fan spin and keyboard and mouse lights turned on, should I be worried? Apart from this everything works fine, but im worried it could break something, any recommendations?

My PC: i5 8600k, GTX 1060 dual, 3 hdds, very low watts for this PSU so it shouldn't be an issue

No, capacitors inside the psu will hold charge after turn off the power. I always press the power button after turning of the psu when working on the pc.
