How To Test A Fault GPU?

About a month ago I bought a RX 470 off Jawa and I think it's faulty. I've had "AMD Driver Timeout"s happen twice and even a full system freeze, games not performing as they should (according to YouTube benchmarks), and weird random stuttering and hitching.

If anyone can help me figure out what my problem is that'd be amazing!
