Hi guys.

This is on a backplate and I believe this is glass material.

Is there a way to remove these scratches?

I don't like them at all, since they are in front of my eyes at the back side of the card which is visable inside of chasis.

Possible, to some extent at least.

Though if you fucked up at doing the repair, it may become worse.

Is not the look, it is just I don't like watching his videos.Off topic.

I like Steve and others, but Jay talks too fast and I don.t find interesting his videos.

It is not the look, I expressed myself wrong, sorry.

But let me see what he told us.

Well, the possible solution has been given by @Hinjima, it is now up to you whether you want to watch and learn it, or derive something from the solution given, or not.

Damn, now I know I made scratches using dry microfiber cloth.

It was not like this then.

How did I manage to do it with soft cloth I dunno 😞

Since it's clear plastic, try car headlight polish. I had pretty good luck using that stuff to remove the hazy scratches of time from my Power Mac G4 Cube, which is a big chunk of clear acrylic. It will visually eliminate the lightest scratches and make the heavier ones a lot less noticeable.

You might not get all the scratches out perfectly as though they never happened (you'd have to sand the piece perfectly flat down to the depth of the deepest scratch to do that), but it should look substantially better.

Dust and grit in the cloth will do that.

You mean stuff for polishing plastic on lights on a car?

This is what I used, could this made that mess?

It is a towel.

I could not exactly remember but I think I made a mess.

It's not the towel itself that caused the scratches, it was the dirt on the towel.

There was no dirt.Towel was clean.Maybe some small particles of dust.

You do know that the second sentence invalidates the first, right? If there is dust, then it wasn't clean. And clean to your eyes is not the same as clean. Acrylic scratches easy. It doesn't need visible dirt to scratch.

I contacted local store, they asked me for what do I need I said for headlight polish but it is in liquid form, And I am nor sure if anything in liquid form is smart to use on card.

So I need a polisher for acrylic?

The stuff I linked isn't a watery liquid, its consistency is more like a thin tomato ketchup. You apply it to a clean, lint-free cloth then work it into the surface.

The proper way would be to take the card apart and seperate the window from the panel.

I went to the store. That thing was shown to me, it was kinda think white but in liquid form.I did not want to buy it.I don't want to risk of damaging electronics beneath this acrylic.I believe this acrylic shines with letters AORUS in RGB.

The risk of damaging it is quite high and why risk of damaging the electronics because few scratches.

That is why Jaz2Cebt tried on damaged components.

But thank you guys for help, appreciate it so much, as always.

Just asked the seller, there were no scratches on this acrylic.

So I did it:/

I feel bad, friends.

I used that red cloth but as you said probably dirt scratched it, which I would never think of.

If that was glass as I thought, no damage would be done.

I used clean dry cloth on one piece of glass that is not scratched and I made a spike even there with clean dry cloth.

Man, this is some very delicate material they used which does not allow any cleaning at all.

I never seen a material in computer business that can be damaged with soft dry clean cloth!!

Man, I feel so bad for what I have done.I asked seller did he sent me with these scracthes, he said "Hell, no!"

I just thought the material is glass, and I wanted to clean small dust particles from it, not lucking that while in the process, I am making the scratches.

I used that red shit!!

But I even tried last night soft clean dry cloth on the acrylic where there were no scratches, and I made one.

I dont understand what kinda of material this is made of, that with soft dry cloth allows scratches.

I threat these "things" like they are my children, that is why I feel bad and sad and blame myself a lot for what I have done.
