Hello! I wanted to transfer really valuable and important photos/videos to me from my samsung galaxy s23 to my pc. I also had storage on my phone nearly full, so I cut them from my phone to a new folder on my desktop. They were fully transferred, but I also plugged in my IPad for charging and the corner of it was pressing the ctrl button. Before I realized, I wanted to rename the folder again because of a typo before making a copy of all photos and the entire folder, and instead it pressed ctrl+z and my heart dropped. The folder was named “new folder” again and the files were gone, unable to paste them again or undo/redo the action. They were also gone from my phone

I shut down the pc so no new files were created or overridden, and as of now I am seeking help or advice in how to attempt or have any chance of recovering the files from the PC or the android phone itself. I tried to find if they are not in the trash, temporary files on my pc, or the cloud, but unfortunately they are nowhere to be seen. I also do not have any “previous folder state” saved or a backup. I also did not delete the new folder that stored the images and videos previously.

I really would participate any advice or help on the matter. And anything I can try
