I'm in a dilemma and i can't decide what gpu to buy. Either the RTX 5070 Ti or the RX 9070 XT cause many people are telling to buy the 5070ti simply cuz of the upscaling technology but what i see online the rx 9070xt beats the 5070 ti on just raw power but it uses more wattage ( i have an 750 bequiet! power 10 psu) but its less expensive (rtx 5070 ti 900 euros / rx 9070 xt 750-800 euros) I play at 1080p at the moment, will upgrade to an 1440p monitor in the future i just dont know which gpu to pick

Can't go wrong with either, check reviews and comparisons.  For the games you play.

But for the price difference, I'd get the 9070XT all day.

5070 Ti is actually 5% faster but its also more than 5% expensive so diminishing returns and barely noticable I'd say cause both cards get fairly high framerates regardless
Also Nvidia drivers lately have been pretty crappy

Unless you do something that benefits from Nvidia like 3D work then the 9070 xt is a better deal all around and your 750w PSU should be able to handle it

I mainly play BR games (BO6 Warzone & Fortnite) and some FPS games (Valorant & CS2) but when GTA 6 comes out that will be my primary game so yeah I don't know which one is better for GTA 6

None knows cause the game aint out 🤷‍♂️

and it wont be for a year or 2 on PC since it'll come after a year has passes since its console release

To me, Nvidia's feature set is worth a 15-20% premium. So this is right on the fence for me.

If you can get it for 750 euros, I'd go with the 9070 XT. But if it's 800 euros, I would probably pay the extra 100 for the 5070 Ti.

I don't think you'll be disappointed with either of them.

Nvdia, better perf per watt, dlss is better raytracing is better, despite the nvdia driver bs the drivers are  better

Max overclock vs max overclock the 70ti is better

streaming encoders are better

it’s legit just better card all around

go amd is its like 20%+ cheeper

-13600kf

- 4000 32gb ram

-4070ti super duper

Take with a pinch of salt, but from what I can remember:

- COD (like Warzone) favours AMD GPUs.

- GTA5 liked nvidia cards.

- RDNA4 has/had(?) driver issues with CS2 (artificially low framerate).

Don't know about Fortnite or Valorant.

Don't know about Fortnite or Valorant.

Fortnite had some issues where for literally 1 game you had low FPS but the rest were fine (old news but not 100% sure if its fixed)

Valorant is made to run on potatoes so thats not a factor (LoL can have some stutters at worst but that is irrelevant)

GTA 5 from what I can find used to favor Nvidia due to its lighting but with the new architecture (RDNA 4) its not that much a factor unless you use RT which is only with mods I believe

For CS2 its an issue on many levels (engine cause source 2 is worse than source 1 in some ways, coding, valve being idiots and lazy, poor optimisation etc etc) that arent just drivers but in a quick search and cross reference up to 250FPS its pretty stable so locking the FPS at 240 or 250 would be a solution

If money is no object, but you're not willing to pay more than 1k for a GPU, then go with 5070 ti. If u want price to performance, go 9070 xt. It's only a little bit worse than the 5070 ti.

Wait, isn’t the 9070xt MORE expensive than the rtx 5070ti or have prices changed again?

Edit: just checked and Im surprised to see how much prices have inflated on the ti vs the xt
