Slightly bent cpu pin

Hello, for the last 2 years I had this cpu perfectly fine and I bought a new cpu, my friend wanted it so I pulled it out and after he looked it at it he said 'there are some bent pins'. I was wondering if this bent cpu pin is fine and is it fixable? I really want to give it to my friend

He said this could be a factory defect and I should contact customer support and press my rights as a valued customer
