Hello everyone, i need your help. From all of sudden, my pc quality dropped, and i don't know why. It happens in all video games (those jagged edged/shimerring). I've tried everything from turning AA on, reinstalling Windows, DDU,  and this problem even occurs on my xbox (which i have on tv). You can see the problem on the grass and in distance.

Welcome to the forums!
That looks like pretty reasonable AA to me.
Given that it happens on an entirely different system with a different monitor, it sounds like it's either a change in the game itself or in you and your perceptions of quality.

you say it happens with your xbox too, which is indicates that there is problem with your hdmi/dp cable. Or there is a visual enhancement filter that is turned on, in your tv setting.
