Hi everyone!

I’d like to ask for your help with choosing a mice.
I’m currently using a Windows gaming PC with a Razer DeathAdder V3 Pro.
Recently, I bought a Mac Mini, and I need a mouse for it.

My question is: considering the following points, what mouse would you recommend?

  • I’ll mostly use it for browsing the web, work, and everyday tasks
  • I’d like it to have two side buttons (forward and back) on the left side
  • It must be wireless
  • It needs to be Mac compatible

What do you think would be a good choice?

Another option could be using my existing Razer mouse with the Mac Mini, and buying a new mouse for the Windows PC instead.

Either way is fine.

Thanks so much in advance for your help!

pretty sure logitech mx master 3S is mac compatible / has a mac compatible version.

fwd/rev buttons are on the left, and wireless (but it'll operate wired when plugged in to recharge, imagine that apple, a mouse that works while charging)

I have the MX Anywhere 3 and it works fine. The two side buttons work, but I do have the Logitech software installed. It supports RF and Bluetooth. That being said, RF is going to be better. However, you can only see battery life in the Logitech App, at least from what I have seen. Battery life is very good as well.

I just want to sit back and watch the world burn.

If you really want the side buttons, the obligatory pick-an-MX-series is going to be a great option, I bought an MX Anywhere for my father for Christmas and he loves that it will track on his glass desk with ease. If the side buttons are not a huge priority, I recently bought a Satechi bluetooth mouse to keep with my MacBook, and it's quite good: Smooth tracking, rechargeable at the front (with a Type-C connector), the slightly smaller frame is compact if you care about that. I cannot say a whole lot about battery life as I don't use it all the time, but it seems decent so far.
