Need better airflow in current PC case (H510). Looking for good fans/fan airflow optimization.

Budget: Sub 80$, lower is preferable

Country: United States

Mid-High level gaming, like Monster Hunter World, Star Wars Battlefront 2, and Helldivers 2. It's gonna get hot.

PC I currently use was built in 2020. It has the B450M DS3H which has 2 fan headers, "CPU_FAN" and "SYS_FAN". I have 2 of the "NZXT H510 Aer F 120 mm (Case Version)" fans installed on a 4-pin fan splitter plugged into the system fan header. Looking in to buying the "NZXT RGB & Fan Controller" so I'm not limited to that one, poor little fan header to power any of the fans I would get. The controller would also allow me to access all of the fans through the NZXT CAM software. That way I can hopefully tweak the RPMs to get a sweet spot of slightly positive air pressure inside the case. Once I set up the fans and know my PC has optimal airflow, I hope to be able to diagnose any future hardware problems that might arise a bit easier.

What I need is two 140mm Static Air Pressure fans for Intake. What I want is to get those 140mm fans as well as replace the two aforementioned 120mm case fans it came with, as they are 3-pin and therefore don't access the PWM pin on the fan header. Keep in mind the NZXT Controller has three fan channels, each capable of outputting up to 12V DC at 3A, totaling 36W of power. Also it apparently comes with 3 fan splitters for each fan slot on the controller, but I'll probably only need 2 and I already have some anyways.

Hit me with your fan combo suggestions. The quieter the better, RGB is unnecessary.

The H510 really doesn't flow much air to begin with due to the solid front panel.

I've used fan grilles from AC Infinity twice now to modify front panels on my Fractal cases to allow air to flow through them:

Their grilles are pretty easy to use as you can just cut square holes.  If your case is White like that first link suggests, they do have some white offerings as well.

I agree the problem isn't fans the problem is the case... You could buy an airflow optimized case for 80 bucks probably. New fans will not fix the current problem.

Or as has been suggested mod the case for better intakes.
