Budget (including currency): Between €2000,- and €3000,-

Country: The Netherlands

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: VR games on the new big screen beyond, Creating games in unity including baking lightmaps, Some newer titles like Spider-Man 2 and Doom: The Dark Ages

Other details Current build: https://nl.pcpartpicker.com/user/LiableDuke/saved/9KL3Hx With a 1440p 144hz monitor and a 1080p 60hz that I am not currently planning to upgrade.

Hey, I bought my current PC around the time the 2080 came out and haven't really felt the need to upgrade at all, but over the last year or so it's starting to struggle a bit with newer titles, not to the point that they are unplayable but I do need to turn the settings down quite a bit to keep up. So I thought it's about time to start looking around again for an upgrade. Sadly after getting this current PC I stopped really paying close attention to which parts are good value, especially when it comes to Team Red. I'm also not sure if upgrading right now with my current budget would get me any meaningful performance increase.

So I thought I'd post here to get some ideas of what to start looking for.

Edit 3:
Currently I am thinking of something like this https://nl.pcpartpicker.com/user/LiableDuke/saved/hCVkjX

Thank you, the RX 9070 seems like a very good value. I did remove the cooler and storage cause I still have those that I can reuse.

There is a significant performance difference between a SATA HDD and a PCIe 4.0 NVMe drive.
