Help Me Finetune the List

Budget (including currency): £600

Country: United Kingdom

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: I will be playing games like X-plane 12, DCS World, MSFS 2024, Cities Skylines II in 1440p. Compiling some C++ but speed is not of huge concern to me. I will also be running llms up to 14B parameters.

The ram is incredibly slow here.  6000Mhz CL30 is the sweetspot but I understand that budget is an issue. 2x8Gb is also not recommended for DDR5.

I would go with a Ryzen 7600 non X, its basically as fast as a 9600x and it comes with a stock cooler! Why? Price.
