Budget (including currency): 500-800 (less is more?)

Country: Canada

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Gaming PC to Serve 2 dedicated TVs.  The project goals would be to have this wired and do Moonlight on the second TV.  Currently I have a 55 inch 4K mini Led on the main floor that I want to have a dedicated gaming Setup.  It's been hooked up with a steam deck for a while but I want true 4k gaming on here.  I have a second 75 inch TV in the basement.  This is more of a watch a movie room place and I am gaming here less as of now but still want to be able to game. Currently I have 2x Dell latitude 5320s, 1 per TV, with Ubuntu 25 and moonlight.  Apollo / Moonlight has been awesome when I stream on my steam deck at 1080p but I can't for the life of me get 2k-4k streaming working.  This setup had been working great for a few months but currently I can't stream over 1080p consistently.

I have some parts that I do not know how to use.  Currently I have my office PC, this used to be gaming but I am willing to re-allocate the Video card or parts as needed.  The goal is to end up with 2 PCs, 1 dedicated Steamdeck / Media PC and 1 office PC strong enough to do some gaming and drive a 4k 40 inch ultrawide monitor.

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):

Current Office PC:

Intel i7 13700k

32 gigs ddr5 6000

1 TB Samsung Pro 990

AMD 9070 (no not the TX)

Other Parts and PCs:

Asus Nvidia 2070 8 gig

2x 8 gig 7200 NAs drive

3x 256 gig intel M.2 drives

2x Dell Latitude 5320s,

2x Gamesir Cyclone 2

1x 75 inch LG 4k

1x Hisense 55 inch Mini led Google TV - Main gaming TV

Thoughts and directions - I want as small a form factor as I can fit either the 9070 or 2070 in to sit with the hisense but limited room to setup a PC with the Amp, Ps5 Switch, controllers and charging. (See picture for setup, I know it's above a fireplace....)

I was hoping to find a nice cost effective CPU mini motherboard combo with a tiny case that can fit either the 9070.
