I have been wanting to do some streaming, but I don't have a good mic. Whenever I have needed to record something in the past I always run the recording through Adobe Podcast as it turns my terrible audio into a studio grade recording. But Adobe Podcast doesn't work in real time. So is there any software that can achieve similar audio improvements to Adobe podcast in real time that I can run on my computer?

Clarifications and Criteria:

I am not looking for a background noise reducer, you can find those anywhere.

A few seconds of latency is not a problem as I plan to just to png streaming.

It needs to be free software as if I had that money to pay for software I'd just buy a better mic off Ebay.

I am planning to run the audio enhancer on a separate pc from my streaming one (this pc will be entirely dedicated to the audio enhancer). But the pc I want to run it on has a 1030 gt so I can't use something like Nvidia's broadcast tools or anything too demanding. I also have a Quadro P620 in my homelab if that would work better (it has less vram but is faster).

Bonus points if it has Linux Support (but not a requirement)
