The fan(s) need to be connected to the motherboard argb header for that.
If you use a hub, then the hub should be connected to the motherboard instead, usually either through MB's argb header or usb2 header.

 

Whether or not the included fan and/or hub was made controllable by motherboard, idk.

Never heard that brand and not much info about it
