CPU indicator light on motherboard is lit up. PC boots fine but no argb fans work

Was using gigabyte control center to control case fan RGB until power outage. After outage, the PC boots fine, but the gigabyte control center no longer displays "RGB Fusion" option to control system fans and CPU cooler fans. Also the CPU error light is lit on motherboard. RGB on ram and peripherals are not impacted. I have tried using a different ARGB header for the included Lian Li fan controller with no success. Everything functions normally with the exception of the CPU light, lack of ARGB on fans, and a system pre-check before the boot.
