The is a new build I just put together. I get an issue where the PC can boot with and without EXPO. But restarts/reboots always fail and the EZ Debug LEDs show Yellow which indicates DRAM error. I have ensured multiple times that the RAM sticks were seated correctly. I also followed the directions in the motherboard manual where you need to start with first stick in DIMMA2 and second stick goes in DIMMB2. But it doesn't help.

The RAM (part number: PVV532G600C36K) is not listed in the RAM compatibility list for the MSI PRO B650M-A WIFI. If a RAM isn't present in the compatibility list, will it definitely be incompatible? Is there an incompatibility list?

Before I go an buy another pair of RAM sticks which is in the compatibility list, I want to be sure that the issue is the RAM sticks. Could the CPU or the motherboard itself be the problem?

What can I do? Any help is appreciated.

Setup:
CPU:
 AMD Ryzen 5 9600X 3.9 GHz 6-Core Processor
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 Spectrum V3 71.93 CFM CPU Cooler
Motherboard: MSI PRO B650M-A WIFI Micro ATX AM5 Motherboard
Memory: Patriot Viper Venom 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR5-6000 CL36 Memory (PVV532G600C36K)
Case: Cooler Master Elite 301 MicroATX Mid Tower Case
Power Supply: MSI MAG A750GL PCIE5 750 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully Modular ATX Power Supply

Images from motherboard for reference.

Have you tried a single stick on it's own yet?

Trying both should give you an indication of whether it is a single faulty stick that is the cause.

The compatibility list is what they have tested to be good. They can't test them all.

Which bios version are you running?

Is MCR and power down off/on?

I am using the latest 7D77v1P BIOS. I just tried with MCR off but that did not help. I will try power down off/on next.

Yes. I have tried all possible combinations.

Man, I see one build with my CPU and Motherboard on PC Part Picker using https://pcpartpicker.com/product/2JLFf7/teamgroup-t-force-delta-rgb-32-gb-2-x-16-gb-ddr5-6000-cl30-memory-ff3d532g6000hc30dc01

The RAM is also in the compatibility list. WOnder whether that would fix the issue.

Just found out on reddit that many people are facing the exact same issue.
