7900 XTX - Pink/Gray static bar at top of screen periodically at high refresh rates (>=360hz)

I had posted this on AMD's community forums a few days ago but, trying to get as much help as possible.

Specs below:
Computer Type: Desktop

GPU: Sapphire RX 7900 XTX Nitro+

CPU: 7800X3D

RAM: 32GB 6000 MHz

Motherboard: B650 Aorus Elite AX v1
PSU: Corsair RM850x

Operating System & Version: WINDOWS 11 PRO 64bit 23H2 & 24H2

GPU Drivers: AMD Adrenalin 25.5.1, 24.12.1, and 25.6.1 (Tried all 3)

Background Applications: DISCORD, CHROME

Description of Original Problem: Random static bar that appears in the same spot randomly after switching to a 1440p 480hz display. Was not happening prior on a 240hz display and does not happen in full screen games set to 60hz or 240hz and does not appear in recordings. Happens in fullscreen & borderless windowed @ >=360hz. Does not happen in windowed. Happens in intensive and non-intensive games.

Troubleshooting: Originally had this issue with a different monitor, tried replacing it with one from a different brand, this one is ASUS ROG Swift PG27AQDP but still having the same issue despite trying different display port and hdmi cables so assuming its a GPU issue or driver issue. Tried downgrading to 24.12.1, tried upgrading to 26.6.1, same issue. Tried disabling VRR on the monitor itself, disabling MPO, disabling Auto HDR, upgrading from 23H2 to 24H2, with no luck.

If you havn’t already, try DDU to uninstall GPU drivers completely, then reinstall GPU drivers.

If that fails I suggest claiming on your Warranty if you can.

Common build advice:

1) Buy the cheapest (well reviewed) motherboard that has the features you need. Paying more typically only gets you features you won’t use. 2) only get as much RAM as you need, getting more won’t (typically) make your PC faster. 3) While I recommend getting an NVMe drive, you don’t need to splurge for an expensive drive with DRam cache, DRamless drives are fine for gamers. 4) paying for looks is fine, just don’t break the bank. 5) Tower coolers are usually good enough, unless you go top tier Intel or plan on OCing. 6) OCing is a dead meme, you probably shouldn’t bother. 7) "Bottlenecks" rarely matter and "Future-proofing" is a myth. 8) AIOs don't noticably improve performance past 240mm.

DDU'd for each driver version tested.

There is a separate issue happening on this machine as well as another nearly identical machine with a different monitor, AW3225QF 4k @ 240hz, with a gray flicker at the bottom of the screen periodically with blue lines. That seems related to the gray screen, blue line crashes people have been getting on high refresh rate displays. People have RMA'd for that issue without any luck. This issue I feel like may also be related to whatever is causing that since its only happening at higher refresh rates.
