Yunzii b75 pro knob problem

So I got this keyboard today and the knobs volume increase and decrease function just stopped working. I can use the button on the knob but rotating function doesnt work. The strangest part is the keyboard gets the input(I can wake up the keyboard by rotating the knob while it is in sleep mode) but doesnt do anything.

Okay so In Turkiye normally you cant buy this keyboard but there is only one website that sells custom keyboards like these. But because they also get these from USA they dont accept refund. Btw the problem is solved somehow it work completely fine right now after waiting a day ❤️
