Which AVR is better? Cyberpower or a Servo One?

Hi yall! I have been using a decade old transformer/relay type AVR and will transfer it to another PC. I wanted a good/quality AVR here on my main PC. I was wondering on which better, a Servo Motor AVR with digital monitor, Saw it on YouTube, it was pretty good on fluctations but cost around 90 Dollars. Or a Cyberpower CL1000EVR, many people said that this is a great choice and is only 20 dollars.

Thanks in advance!
