Questions about WhatsApp/Android Auto.

New to Android Auto and I just have a few questions regarding WhatsApp.

1.) Is there a way to set WhatsApp so it automatically reads messages instead of me having to manually click "Play aloud" ? My old stereo that didn't even have AA used to be able to read them without intervention.

2.) If I mute the messages is there a way to unmute them that doesn't involve restarting the car? Thanks.
