is it normal for my gpu to be in 1% while modeling in blender?

this is my first time doing 3d modeling in pc, im trying some modification (accidently put stuff to hard to handle)and this is my task manager 

is it normal for my gpu not working as hard as the cpu like this?

im using ryzen 5 7600x and rtx 4060 ti 16gb btw

Click on the performance tab and see what the GPU is REALLY doing. It is likely a reporting error since task manager says that blender is not responding.
