I'm building a new PC as mine is over 10 years old, the main focus is to have Rust play at a high-ish framerate. Wanted to know if the GPU is overkill since Rust is more CPU hungry and if the motherboard is acceptable. If anything stupid stands out please let me know.

Obviously the hardest part is trying to find a 5070 Ti near MSRP Best Buy just had a drop near me but I missed it. My other option is a 2 hour drive to the closest Micro Center for the same*(?) card for $100 more. Should I try to wait for more drops or just eat it?

Better psu for cheaper. Use the savings on a board that supports PCIe 5.0 for the gpu seeing how these new AMD & Nvidia cards support PCIe 5.0.
