Buying pre-owned PC question

Please I would like to know is it ok if I can buy pre-owned PC?? I don't want to buy refurbished PC

depends on who you buy it from. Amazon refurbished and refurbished from apple websites are generally quite safe.

Besides those two meaning same thing, refurbished is similar. Used usually refers to something sold by another consumer, not company. Refurbished has been returned, either new or for warranty and has been checked to be in working condition by store selling it. Usually to the point they can give it some warranty period.

There's no good answer here. It depends on the age of the parts. Some parts like drives are bit more uncertain because they may still contain data from previous owners. Most of others are fine if their general external condition is good and some validation is provided (screenshot of benchmark or testing software).
