If you intend to upgrade instead of fresh installing 11 (preferred), its most likely that your boot drive is configured with MBR. It needs to be GPT.

You can (and I have) convert an MBR drive to GPT using a built in windows command called, believe it or not, mbr2gpt.exe.

I've found it easiest to run this command from the command prompt while booted into a Windows instal USB (you can build one easily with the Windows 11 Media Creation Tool)

If you want to try it, you can attempt to run it on your live booted system which does work.

Once the drive is GPT, you should be able to turn off CSM (which allows compatibility with older MBR disks and should no longer be needed) and enable Secure Boot.
