Help 12vhpwr too short to reach psu

The way you're asking about. PSU -> PSU supplied PCIe cables -> Adapter.

I have sapphire nitro + rx 9070xt and I got the 12vhpwr to 3x8 pin connector. It is too short for my case. Can I connect my psu pcie cable to the 8 connectors ?. Also I only have 2 pcie cables so have to daisy chain also. Provide images for reference.

You arent supposed to plug the octopus cable directly into the psu.

Interim 15 T200 OKF("F" intel processors are specifically archituctured for gaming) maybe upgrad to 13'900 | Peeralight cpu fan | Stryx Z690-A Wife(which is branded by ASUS and it's ROG label) | Thermotake 16x 8x2GO SODINM 2400mjz cl22 (2 of them with the mood lighting) | 980 EVO 1TB m.2 ssd card + Kensington 2TB SATA nvme + WD BLACK PRO ULTRA MAX 4TB GAMING DESTROYER HHD | Echa etc 3060 duel fan dissipator 12 GBi(It never overheats over 70°c) and Azrock with the radian 550 XT Tiachi | NEXT H510 Vit Klar Svart | Seasonice 600watts voeding(rated for 100.000 hours, running since 2010, ballpark estimate 8 hours a day which should make it good for 34 years) | Nocturna case fans | 0LED Duel moniter

That is an adapter cable. It's not meant to reach your power supply and you wouldn't be able to plug it in to the power supply anyway. You are supposed to plug your PCIe 8pin power cables in to it and it adapts it to a 12VHPWR/12V-2X6 to plug in to the graphics card. It's to allow you to use the card with power supplies which do not come with the native 12VHPWR cable. If your PSU comes with the 12VHPWR cable then you don't need the adapter and can just use the 12VHPWR cable that came included with the power supply. If your PSU didn't come with the cable then use the PCIe cables plugged in to the adapter.

Asrock 7900XTX Creator(blower style) and 9070XT Taichi uses 12v-2x6 too.

Yeah but those are fancy cards.

 

Sapphire Nitro + is pretty price/performance higher-end model, that I'd expect to rather have 2 or 3 8pin power connectors.
