I've had an AIO cooler for quite some time now but I don't think I have it properly set up to get the cooling I want. I'm using a Thermalright Frozen Notte 240 on an i7 13700KF on a MSI Z790-P Pro WIFI. On the AIO, there's a cable that has 3 contacts and the two fans are both 4 contacts. I have no idea of how to properly set this up in the BIOS and it seems to not be doing a whole lot because on idle I'm getting high temps. Thanks.

Can you send photos of how you have it set up?

Umm, I just install them and watch them go.

I don't BIOS anything.

What temps are you getting?

Everything is default but System 1 and System 5 are both running at PWM because they run at full speed when left on DC. With these settings, I'm getting around 60-70 Celsius with DLSS Transformer Balanced with FG and high settings at 1440p on Cyberpunk 2077.

So it's at PWM and running 60-70c in Cyberpunk?

What's the issue?

I just thought that an AIO would at least run a bit cooler than a tower cooler?

Not the one you have, no.  240's are basically the same as a good tower cooler, you need a 360 to beat one.

60-70c is quite cool for a 13700K though, so you're actually doing well.

Find comparisons for more info.  Don't just assume anything.
