How long you waited ? first time post may take quite long on AM5.

Is  the RAM dual stick? or quad stick ?

Any kind of sign on the motherboard ? like debug led, etc.

Tried plugging display cable to motherboard instead of GPU ?

GPU currently isnt plugged in to focus more on the mobo, got a display port connected to the mobo. only LED is a CPU LED

Your motherboard manual seem to insinuate that that is a sign of a problem related to CPU.

I'd check the pins on the motherboard at least.
