you can try turning down the settings and checking the temps.

Try without RayTracing.

You have all the settings cranked up which might be tough on a 7800XT. Try turning them down.

Check if your CPU or GPU is overheating, too, then.

ps. I just saw your GPU temps and they're very reasonable

its more cpu intensive than gpu

Welcome back

When you're running the benchmark, pop open Task Manager. Is your CPU, GPU, or RAM pinned at all? Make sure to change the CPU graph to Logical Processors

It shows in the results that you were only GPU limited around 62% of the time, indicating some kind of bottleneck somewhere. Your 7600 shouldn't hold you back that much, Forza Horizon 5 ran pretty well on my ROG Ally and I was usually fully GPU bound. RAM shouldn't be a problem as the game reports 12GB out of 32GB used

I have a 7600 non x as well as a 7800xt and this is not abnormal. Turn off ray tracing and turn down some heavy hitters (SSAO and environment/texture quality) and you should get to the 100-120 range. If you crank FSR and turn everything else down to the high preset you should easily hit that 144 fps mark.

Yt are not and have never been reliable.

You saw a video of... something. Yes.

But you have no way of knowing on what hardware (or settings) it actually was running.
