Couple of the backlight LEDs stay on and flicker when the monitor is turned off.

When the monitor is plugged in and not switched on, couple of the backlight LEDs at the bottom right stay on and flicker, even after unplugging the monitor, it stays on and flickers for a bit and then it goes away.

 

When the monitor is displaying something, there is no more flickering and everything works as expected.
