My computer: An MSI Katana gaming laptop with a 3060, and a i7 11800h which i have had for about 3-4 years now

My problem: Crashing into a black and white screen with horizontal lines (see picture below)IMG_1507.thumb.jpeg.8d5f0f05731a6ee705570c66aaaf92f6.jpeg

My computer has had reliability issues for a while now, crashing into a blue screen occasionally or a screen like in the image below

Within the past few months, it sometimes would give me a black screen with just a mouse on it after login, but was generally fixed by restarting the computer a few times until it did work. Yesterday, it black screened after login, but after restarting it many times, it still had the same issue, I eventually chalked it up to being a windows issue and decided to get a new windows install. I loaded windows onto a thumb drive, and installed it so it wouldn’t wipe previous data. However I when setting windows up, the computer keeps crashing into the screen shown in the first image. I tried rolling back windows to a previous state, and that didn’t work and just made it bluescreen with the error CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED. Still thinking it was a windows issue, i pulled the hard drive out of the computer and, plugged it into another computer and completely deleted windows, put it back in…aand still the same issue. What is happening here? Is it a GPU issue? Is my computer F’ed? How do I fix it? Any help is appreciated, thanks.
