A lot of problems with msi

Name of Brand: MSI

Description of your issue: A lot of issues, from incompetent support, to faulty bios updates to leaked customer Data (mine included) wich they didnt inform about (wich is by the way against the law)

- After many Reddit threads and alteast one try at MSI's support, some random dude was able to fix my constant crashing, wich wasnt caused by faulty hardware, rather inocmplete driver Packages that they have on the Mainboards side.

- What also is realy bad is the Software to control msi's hardware, not only did i need to put it into a exclusion so my antivirus would delete it all the time. But when it wasnt deleted it was hardly working

- Or where i got a older mainboard and just wanted to update to the latest bios. Followed the instructions, but because there was no bios file included in the download it wasnt able to perform it.

After trying it with their support they wanted to sell me some service to get it working, even tho the problem was caused by them

I still have one that i didnt update if someone wants to try it

Have you tried solving your issue through the brand's customer support channel? If so, what was the result?

Of course, as said with their support. But the only thing i got from them is that my Data got leaked, wich i randomly found out truh a video. Not like law says they need to inform customers if their data got leaked

What would an ideal resolution of your issue look like?

For msi to do something, and not just use generic responses and try to get money from their misshaps and not even correcting them
