have you tried a different outlet? sounds like potentially an grid issue at around 11 pm.

I built a PC around 3 months ago, and now at night (this has only happened at night) I get VGA light on motherboard red, (I have RTX 4070 Super, GPU & Corsair RM850e, PSU). I haven't observed it in daytime, and if I am facing the issue at night by daytime it somehow resolves itself. 

I know this sounds rather made-up, but this has happened 3 times so far, around 11pm, the VGA light goes red, and GPU stops working; I have opened the PC disconnect and reconnected the relevant wires, tested it (till 5am) it was dead, I switched to CPU display, around 11am, and VGA light was off, GPU was running fine.
