Budget (including currency): $,2000

Country: USA

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: 8K Movies

Other details: Hello, I've googled everywhere, but I cant find anything on 8k Movie PCs. For Theater Enthusiasts this PC could be a very cool wall setup or something. So not focused on Gaming but focusing on 8K Theater. What Motherboards, CPU, GPUs, Ram, SSD, PSU would be best for Sound, HDR, 8K, High Refresh Rate, ect... I think this idea could be a good Youtube video... or maybe a stupid idea :'-D . So if you agree let Linus know 🙂 . P.S also a good website for a Cool Mountable PC Part Mural. Thanks!

8k Still pretty much does not exist for content, nor tvs, that people can actually buy without going through a bunch of odd sites.

Most modern gpus can watch them without issue, a mostly decent cpu. Refresh rate does not matter has its going to be limited to 30/60fps for content.

Seems like a pointless post

Yup 8k isnt really hardto playback and well as you said theres basically nothing to see and nothing to view it on. My 2019 phone can play back 8k yt just fine.

 High Refresh Rate

Since the other guys commented on 8k already, I'll skip that. But High refresh isn't needed to a theater PC that will be playing movies and shows. Movies are 24 fps, with a couple at 48 fps. Some YT is at 60, but anything higher than 60 really isn't needed (and I would argue that 60 isn't either)
