PNY 4080 Super HDMI No Longer Working

I've had my PC connected to my Samsung sound bar through HDMI for months and just last night my PC couldn't see the sound bar.  I tried moving the HDMI to the TV and it still didn't work.  To see if the HDMI cable was the issue, I hooked it up to my Legion Go and that worked fine through the TV and sound bar, so I determined my PC is the problem.  I tried using DDU and reinstalling drivers and still haven't been able to get it to work.  I got an insignia display port to HDMI adapter but its garbage and only does 1080p on my TV.  Anyone have any ideas?  Is my HDMI port just dead?

Yeah, I tried it on both the sound bar (has its own hdmi) and TV, neither works.
