Sudden packet loss in some online games

Hi,
Recently I am facing packet loss in online games when playing over WIFI. Yes I know that a wired connection is better but my Lan port has stopped working. I have contacted my ISP and they are unable to solve the issue from their end. 
Recent addition related to network is that I turned on the Bluetooth on my PCIe card (Asus AC55BT using an Intel 8260 NIC) because I have bought a BT Headphone. The issue has started happening since then. To use BT I have to use the included USB 2.0 to 2.0 internal cable which makes me to believe that BT runs over USB 2.0 or it maybe the power source.
Any chance that using Bluetooth and WIFI at the same time is causing bandwidth issue on the network card that is from 2019 and is there any way to solve it?

I can try three things:
Buy a new US BT Dongle, Buy a USB Ethernet Card and use it to connect to my router or just buy a new PCIe WIFI card (which doesn't seem a good idea as the issue might reoccur).

Simplest test would be to unplug your Bluetooth connection and see if the Packet Loss Stops. Thats the simplest way to confirm or debunk if that is the cause.

You mean unplug the usb addon cable?

Yes. Thats the change you did and after that is when you started experiencing the packet loss correct? Unless I am misunderstanding your post.

If your PC is connected over 2.4GHz for WiFi, that might be the problem. BT uses the same frequency for communication with peripherals. If you're utilizing both at the same time, then that might be the problem. So you might get improvement after disconnecting the USB cable from the WiFi card because, yes, you removed BT communication altogether.

 

There used to be a setting in some routers that allowed for BT interoperability with WiFi on 2.4GHz, but not sure how well it worked. But a better solution, if this is the problem, would be to connect to 5GHz instead.

An inexpensive USB to ethernet adapter should solve that problem. At the end of the day, if gaming on WiFi is still not satisfactory, this is your next best option.

Nope, I use the 5Ghz band and I don't even remember the last time I used the 2.4Ghz.

 

I will get a Usb Hub to test it out.

I played games in the morning and it seemed fine to me on WIFI and BT Headset. The issue didn't reoccur. It seems like the issue appears only at night somehow, so it's likely an ISP issue I guess.
Midnight update: Played today, didn't face any issues.
