I installed hese two program a little while back to run a mod manager for modding a game and now I want to completely uninstall both. The issue is I am only seeing the x64 version listed in the control panel so I am not certain where I can go to uninstall the x86 version. Additionally I have seen others post online where people have struggled to get these the .NET Desktop Runtime uninstalled so I am uncertain if there is a trick to this.

Any help would be apperciated.

The .NET runtimes are good to have libraries similar to the Microsoft C++ Redistributables. You could keep that installed but if you want to uninstall it, go and check in control panel. I am not sure but uninstalling one version might remove the other as well. If it doesn't, try exploring the "Program Files (x86)" folder and in that same folder of the runtime, you might find the uninstaller. Or you can run a file scanner. Also I think just running the installer again can give you the option to uninstall it.

Which would recomend I keep if there is one that is better than another.

The plan was to try a fresh install if I need a specific one again. The reason I am uninstalling is there is an issue with the modmanahlger not working right and I think a full fresh install of everything might be what it needs.

I never had an issue with these (except when some were missing)

Imo make sure you have at least all of those installed.

And if you can't uninstall some, reinstall them again and try again or use revo uninstaller.

You need both the 64 bit and 32 bit version even if your system is 64 bit.

It's unlikely that the .NET runtime installation is causing the issue. Could you tell me more about your mod manager and what specific problem are you dealing with?

If you still want to uninstall the runtime, check if there is an easy uninstall option in the installer itself. If you would like to *completely* uninstall the runtime, there are programs which track file changes and undo them to fully uninstall something and leave no junk behind. Revo Uninstaller is what I think I used to run when I was using Windows.

If I decided to go this route which should I use the Free or Pro version of Revo?

The modmanager I am using is the Reloaded II Modmanager. I am using it for Granblue Fantasy Relink mods with the untility (gbfrelink.utility.manager) to run the mods. So far there have been random instances where I get massive frame drops or random crashes in the game. The mods could be the issue, but all sources say there should be no conflict. Additionally as of late I am getting instances where if I hit the power button on my PC to wake it from sleep it shut off instead. They all seem to have happened after playing Granblue Fantasy with mods installed and facilited by the modmanager. Now I did recently update the BIOS and Firmware for my motherboard you can find the post I made about the shut off issue here https://linustechtips.com/topic/1612784-pc-turning-off-when-trying-to-wake-from-the-power-button-some-times/

As I have been having both the issues with the game and the power off issues and they started around the same time I though they might both be conencted to the modding stuff rather than the BIOS update.
