I get that the support Team has alot of things to do now.

But I would like to order from the Global Store, as I live in Austria (the one without the Kangaroos) and I would like to keep my long purchase history.

I already wrote 2 support Tickets and "I would like to talk to a human" but nothings changed for two weeks now.

What can I do?

Based on the FAQs, your account should be automatically moved to the Global site if you have a shipping address outside the US.

Accounts should be migrated to the Global store automatically if your registered address is based outside of the USA.

From the LTTStore support page:

I had an account on LTTStore.com but plan to use global.lttstore.com moving forward. Do I need to make a new account?

Where possible, we will move all accounts from LTTStore.com to global.lttstore.com when their default shipping address was based outside of the United States. If that describes you, you do not need to create a new account. Please note that account migrations may take until May 9th, 2025 to complete.

In rare cases, if you have moved into or out of the United States between now and when you registered your account’s default address, or if you intend to do so in the future, you may need to create a new account on the LTTStore site that matches your region.

Has your account been migrated to the Global Store automatically? If you're able to log in to your account on the Global Store and view your past order history your account has already been migrated over.

Tried logging out and back in? I got a select screen for which store I'd want to use.

I can log in on the "USA" store just fine.

If I want to login on the "global" store its say incorrect password.

The prompt to choose what site you wanna use has nothing to to with account data.

I never had a shipment Adress Inside the USA, I always had my adress located in Austria

As OP said, my account also hasn't been moved.

Thought I'd wait until what stated in the FAQ, 9th May before I start contacting CS, and then forgot until I see the post.

But yea, if there's some sort of limited day sale now, people with unmigrated account might end up disappointed.

Uhhh. I just checked and my account hasn't been migrated over to global.lttstore.com either.

@LMGcommunity Any update on migrating accounts over to global.lttstore.com?

Hey folks, we're still working on account migrations at this time but the process is proving to be not-nearly as straightforward as we initially thought. Hoping to have a more-concrete update for you guys soon. Sorry for the confusion; some comms issues have been taking place internally on this.

Just a quick clarification here; while we are migrating your account info, such as your name and any saved addresses, we are NOT migrating your order history as this is simply not possible with the third-party tools that are available to us. This has been the case since we announced the Global store back in April, just to be clear. Additionally, if you're hoping to place an order on the global store now, you can do so without fear of complicating this process.

To access your order history from prior to the launch of LTTStore Global, you'll need to sign into the US Store, and we expect this will essentially always be the case. If that sounds like too much hassle, I'd recommend printing (or saving a PDF copy) of your order history and storing it someplace secure. Additionally, if you contact us using a matching email address, our support agents can reference your order history without you needing to go back and fetch an order number, etc., so this type of recordkeeping is not strictly necessary unless you want to do it.
