1440p Monitor Choice

I live in the middle east and there is a local shop that sells this 1440p monitor for around $340, it has a 5 year warranty, however, I'm unsure if the specs are good for the price.
Should I buy this monitor or get another monitor like this Acer XV271U monitor?

Edit: Forgot to mention that the local store provides 0% interest installment plans

the acer monitor is a much better deal, the acer monitor has almost the exact same specs.
