Hello Guys.

I have problem with my pc, it's bearable but yeah i just curious if i could fix it.
The problem is, whenever i turn on my pc, after few minutes i get into windows, sometimes it's not working and end up crash and force restart (even sometimes it can't boot again after the restart), and if i turn it off then turn it on again. It's get into windows and if my pc not crash, it will be okay for long.
But sometimes, it's like the USB port not working (My mouse, keyboard) like get unplug then plug again.

This is my specification of my PC :
AMD Ryzen 7600X + Thermalright Royal Pretor
Asrock B650M Pro RS Wifi (newest BIOS)
Adata XPG Lancer 2x32GB 6000MHz
Powercolor 7900 GRE Hellhound
SSD Samsung Evo 970 250GB
SSD Adata Legend 900 2TB
PSU Corsair RM850X
Windows 11
Corsair Commander

I'm using this PC for 3 months now, was using intel i5 11400 before, and don't have any problem at all.
But right now, when it just got into windows, sometimes the taskbar back to non-auto hide (i always set it auto-hide), and error on Corsair Commander asking for firmware update. Both, i never have problem at all when i use Intel.
And yeah if it's error, the pc get restarted or turn off and not able to boot again.
If i let the windows get restarted by itself, normally after 2nd turn on, it's normal.

I did try couple of tweaks :
- Reinstalling windows 11
- Set the DDR speed as default, not underclock the CPU
- Underclock the CPU
- Using Eco Mode on CPU
- Remove the Corsair Commander (I thought this is the culprit)
- Update the BIOS to newest one

But none of them work, i still have the problem sometimes.
Not always but maybe 1 of 3 turn on, i would have that problem.
I'd be happy if i could know what the reason.
This is the first time i'm using AMD.
I read couple in the internet about the instability issue of AM5, but i think it supposedly not like this.
And i'm not sure if i have faulty Motherboard / RAM as well.
And yeah, CPU temperature isn't the issue either, my idle temp is around 30-35, and max around 70-72 celcius.

Not sure if i list everything completely, this is the first time i ever ask in the forum LoL.

1 - Run MemTest86 overnight (or like around 30 minutes min if you cant leave it overnight) to rule out RAM issues. You could also try test booting with just 1 stick of Ram in different slots to isolate any DIMM or slot issues.

2 - Event Viewer (Windows Logs > System) right after a crash to see if any critical errors or warnings point to hardware/driver issues.

3- Open Hardware Monitor or HWiNFO: Check voltages at idle/boot—if 12V, 5V, or 3.3V fluctuate a lot, PSU may be at fault.
Try these and let me know.Ill see if you can do anything more in the meantime

I haven't do the MemTest, would try it tonight or tomorrow. I will do the RAM on different slot test on last if possible, because my HSF block the RAM, so i need to remove it first lol.

I did the 2 & 3 one.
Not sure if the Windows Logs the right one, but yeah i found 1 critical there.

For the 12v 5v and 3.3v, i could only see it on my motherboard, and i ss it as well.
I don't see any fluctuation on the PSU during idle / just boot.

Thank you very much for the response. 🙏

i  recomend to  run the ram test and going on your bios and disabling PBO. PBO might be weirding out your system.

Hey, sorry i just able to reply again. So i did memtest as you suggest.
I did 2 times, 1 with everything default. (and sadly i forgot to take photo of the end test, but yeah it's all pass without any error)
And the 2nd time. I did try with PBO setting and EXPO. And yeah it's pass as well without any error.

But yeah i recognized 1 time, when i just turn on the PC and open the HWinfo, my corsair commander voltage is unstable.
I haven't have time to try to open the case and re-check the cable.
But i want to try check the PSU cable later and maybe switch the power sata cable, in case this is the culprit.

And updated for now, yeah the problem still exist. Did try again with all default setting, no PBO and no EXPO.
