I need a GPU that runs under 120 to 130 watts with Vulcan support

So I have a a few games that I can't play because I do not have a GPU with Vulcan support or an actual GPU because I just use integrated graphics since that's how I got my PC

4060 is getting pretty close to those power numbers. 

 

Do you have a budget or the rest of the system your trying to put it in?

Odd parameter to choose a card on.   Your PSU must be a major limiting factor, probably connections are an issue as well?

 

All things equal I'd grab a RX 6600.  Rated for 132w.

 

What PSU are you using?  Can the card fit in your machine?

I have a 250 PSU and I'm not sure if the card can fit in there

So it looks like you need a single slot low profile card. That really limits your options to something like an a310.

Thats likely much slower and older than your iGPU. Maybe a gt 1030 if super cheap would check those boxes for you.
