AM4 or LGA1700 platform.

Given the games, you might want to favor CPU power slightly more over GPU power.

Definitely consider used market if it isn't terrible in your country/area.

AM4

https://pcpartpicker.com/list/NcgMgn

  • CPU: 3600/5500/5600 - try 5600(x) if possible for the extra CPU power
  • Cooler: technically not necessary if the CPU has box cooler
  • MB: B550 Chipset motherboard
  • RAM: 2x8GB/2x16GB CL16-18 3200-3600Mhz
  • Disk: I could tell you which NVME drive is good if you tell me few cheap examples, NVME, preferably PCIe 4.0, but some 3.0 can be decent too.
  • PSU: Has to be good quality, not just wattage or brand but model number too.
  • Case: Lowest requirement should fit parts and perhaps come with few fans.
  • GPU: RTX 2070(Super)/2080(Super/Ti)/3060/4060 - Radeon RX 6600 XT/6650 XT/6700 XT/6750 XT/6800 (XT)/7600 (XT)/7700 XT

If looking used, can look for potential combos, things like CPU+RAM+MB bundles, sometimes people can be selling such things.

Check out the list, there's handful of selection items, especially PSUs and specific models that are good are on that list.

LGA1700 build is similar, except CPU+MB.

You'd be looking for

  • CPU: 12400(f)/12100(k)(f)/13100(k)(f) - 12400(k)(f) better than others
  • MB: By the very least something that's B660 chipset or Z690 or B760 and Z790, no need to overpay for better chipset. (also make sure it's DDR4 motherboard - it's not cheap or reasonable to go DDR5 when on budget and you'd need DDR5 RAM)

For intel LGA1700 MB, if you're looking for something that could potentially upgrade later to better CPU, find MB with 4 RAM slots, otherwise 2 slot boards that can be cheaper can work if you're not expanding later or plan to switch platforms anyway.

For AMD AM4, CPUs are bit less power hungry, so B550 chipset can guarantee powerful enough motherboard. There are few exceptions that are bottom barrel choices, but still easily decent enough for 65W CPUs (which for example 5600x is)

peripherals just buy used for now and upgrade later, should be able to get some old 1080p monitor for 30$ or less and a kbm are basically worthless (like 5$ or less)

with the remaining budget expect am5 with an 8400f-7700 and a used rx 6700 xt

are there any local online shops? most asian countries usually have one so that will help alot with finding good prices on parts
