A way to control contrast in firefox?

Dark Reader doesn't wirk, I found this vid, but how do I get to that?

Can you be more precise on what you mean by "that"? 
If you're looking for the tool used in the video, it's built in. As demonstrated in the video, hit F12 to open dev tools, go to the Accessibility tab, in the top of that tab the second item is Simulate:, click into that dropdown and select Contrast loss.
Otherwise, there are a slew of contrast control extensions available for FF

Really, I would like dark reader to work, but it doesn't, not sure why. I adjust the bars & nothing.
