Why is the last techlinked video not visible on YT?

Hello,

This techlinked video which was available 5days ago shows up in notification section but is not visible neither on my yt feed nor on the channel, is it unlisted?

I know some schools and workplaces have special configs in their routers and dns servers that for example re-route normal youtube.com or google.com traffic to forcesafesearch.youtube.com or forcesafesearch.google.com

Thanks but I can access it from notification panel( and already watched it) I was just wondering why was it not showing up for me on YT app on android, also is it just for me or for others as well, its just this video, kinda weird huh!
