Budget (including currency): less than 10K€ if possible

Country: Germany

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for:
CS2, Minecraft, Cyberpunk, CoD, other Games
Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):

Part List (at this moment): Jens_Humke - Saved Part Lists - PCPartPicker

Case: be quiet! Silent Base 601 ATX Mid Tower Case
Case-Fans:

  • Top: 3x Noctua S12B redux-700 33.49 CFM 120 mm Fan
  • Front: 2x NoiseBlocker ELoop B 43.33 CFM 140 mm Fan
  • Rear: 1x NoiseBlocker ELoop B 43.33 CFM 140 mm Fan

PSU: SeaSonic PRIME TX-1600 Noctua Edition
NVMe SSD (PCIe Gen 5): Samsung 9100 PRO 8 TB
NVMe SSD (PCIe Gen 4): Western Digital WD_Black SN850X 8 TB
AiO (CPU): Alphacool Eisbaer LT360 63.85 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler (using the Noctua Fans)

GPU (still undecided): Asus ROG Astral OC GeForce RTX 5090
Motherboard: NZXT N9 X870E ATX AM5 Motherboard
RAM: G.Skill Trident Z5 Neo RGB 64 GB (2 x 32 GB) DDR5-6000 CL26 Memory
CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 9950X3D
Thermal Paste: Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut Extreme
Thermal Pads (planned): Fujipoly SARCON X-HP Pads

Motherboard VRMs, RAM and NVMe SSDs will get Fujipoly Pads.
CPU and Chipset will be repasted with Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut Extreme.
GPU-Die: Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut Extreme
GPU VRMs and V-RAM also Fujipoly Pads.

Maybe an Nvidia Connect-X4/5 might be added for networking but that would also limit my PCIe-Lanes.

No other peripherals needed.

when you're going to buy: I have bought the case and Fans so far. Other parts will follow over the rest of this year. Next would be the PSU and SSDs. Motherboard, CPU, RAM will follow last since there might be better ones on the market by the end of this or the beginning of next year.

Resolution currently: 1440p at 240Hz might switch to 4K 240Hz later.

Thermals and Noise are important so maybe undervolting the GPU??
Airflow isn't the best but I try to make my build as silent and as powerful as possible.

Any suggestions, ideas, questions?

You've obviously put some thought into that build. The only change I would recommend is the board. I'm not a fan of NZXT boards.
