Don't see why it wouldn't be, the motherboards have pretty similar heatsinks so if it fits on one it should fit on the other.

Also heard that XMP is just fine with AMD, this RAM should be compatible, right ?

G.Skill Trident Z5 RGB Black, 2x 16GB, 5600 MHz

Yeah, that should be fine.

Hi,

I´ve refunded 13900K which is paired to Z790 Tomahawk Wifi DDR5.

Sorry, I can´t find it but I think that gpu sag was included with Lian Li case, GB-001.

accessories GB-001-anti-sag bracket for graphics cards.

The Lian-Li anti-sag bracket is universal so it should work fine. I've used them across several ATX & E-ATX motherboards without issue. As for the RAM, the sweet spot is 6000MT/s RAM where you run 1:1 with the FCLK and MCLK. Your 5600MT/s should work although technically, anything over 5600MT/s is an overclock.

I just order a set of the Corsair Titanium 6000MT/s CL30 RAM (2 x 32MB sticks) for an upcoming 9950X3D rig I'm building a) Is on the motherboard I'm using QVL, and b) Has both Expo & XMP
