zotac gtx 1660 amp, NO POWER!

When connecting PSU to the GPU, it turn on for half a second then breaks.

 

Checked PSU with jumper wire and it worked fine by itself.

 

Measured the GPU 8-pin connector and it peeped with 0 ohm between 12v and GND.

 

As in attached photo, I measured all these MOSFETS and the 4 caps and they gave 0 ohm too, the other 3 caps are good.

 

Don't know what to check farther as I don't have the diagram for this card.

 

Any guidance or advices would be much appreciated!
