Depends on what you're using the system for. 16GB is on the lower end for a high end system these days and more capacity could help, for example if you're running a demanding game and some other things in the background.

The higher speed could help a little. Just don't expect either of these to be a major change unless you're really hitting 16GB hard already.

Tekken 8 takes around 12GB of ram on main menu and 13.5 gb in game

And i play fortnite, cyberpunk, call of duty BO6 and waiting on the new battlefield and so on.

If you don't already use all of your 16GB having more RAM won't help anything

I was asking if it would improve gaming while browsing for example or if it will be more future proof than the 16gb or if the faster speeds will make a difference in loading times etc.

Sure if you need like 5GB+ for browsing or such you need more than 16GB

Their answer still applies 😉 Only you can figure out if it will help. You need to figure out how much RAM you're using, and if you're constantly hitting the limit, then sure you could probably use more. Your RAM is also painfully slow, so with how cheap DDR4 is I'd just buy a kit of 3200mhz+ 32GB and call it a day.

CPU: Ryzen 9 5900 Cooler: EVGA CLC280 Motherboard: Gigabyte B550i Pro AX RAM: Kingston Hyper X 32GB 3200mhz

Honestly, with a couple Proton apps running (Beeper and Discord) and 60 tabs of chrome I usually idle at 24GB used.
Given that a 2x32GB 3200 kit of corsair vengence costs 85$, I'd recommend just getting the last kit of DDR4 you will ever need

5950X/4090FE primary rig  |  1920X/1070Ti Unraid for dockers  |  200TB TrueNAS w/ 1:1 backup

I did buy the 32GB 3200Kit, but i found out that it is CL22, while my 2400/2666 MHZ was CL17. Will that cause a painful difference in gaming ?
