Best free hard drive cloning software

Does anyone know what is the best free hard drive cloning software that doesn't care what type of brand of drive you have. I want to move my boot drive to a larger drive without loosing all my programs and files and wanted to know what's the best. I know that certain manufacturers have there own but you have to have both drives be their drives and my drives are from different manufacturers.

There's like a bunch of them out there if you google, and as long they're not OEM built each of them do the same thing at the same level of quality.

OEM built = Samsung Data Migration and the likes.

 

You'll find a lot of posts about cloning software if you search in this forum alone.
