Bluetooth issues with asus 550f motherboard

My Bluetooth has stopped working, its an Intel wireless built in Bluetooth. This is the error I'm getting:

 

This device cannot start. (Code 10)

STATUS_DEVICE_POWER_FAILURE

 

I downloaded the intel driver from the Asus but it doesn't seem to do anything. I'm using the antenna that came with the motherboard.

I'm not sure if this the right place let me know if its not.

If your positive about having the right drivers, then it might be a dead bluetooth chip. RMA it if it's still under warranty, or buy a bluetooth wifi card and replace the one on the motherboard.
