Heres a similar one with more storage as I think for what you're doing 4tb is nice to have

note for the CPU between the 7900X and 7900 is a almost meaningless difference, buy whatever is cheaper the X happened to be

note for the GPU buy the cheapest 5070ti you can find the only one to maybe avoid is the MSI Ventus as i've heard it be called cheap or running hotter

Look at DDR5-6000 CL30 for the low latency, add a 120mm PWM fan for the back of that case (exhaust fan) and a smaller size psu such as the MSI GL seeing how that case has limited space for the psu.

they don't need to buy extra fans as my intention was for them to use one of the ones near the PSU to both give more clearance and give a exhaust fan

Higher clockspeeds which can somewhat improve performance

If you wanna go non-x its also a good option

Ok, also, there is a microcenter close to me (I live in Denver), so I could get things there if it is cheaper. Could you recommend some good combo deals (like a RAM, Mobo, and CPU deal)?

Intel 14 gen ... because thread scheduling is an actual thing and you want a locked cpu with these Intel cpu's so that you aren't dealing with the extra wattage and heat.
